This issue likely occurs because you've attempted to set up the txAdmin recipe more than once while following the videos. Check your txData folder; you'll probably find two folders named either cfxdefaultfivem or qbcoreframework. There should only be one.The application automatically installs mods into the first folder created, which is why no mods are installed. Delete the cfxdefaultfivem or qbcoreframework folder that is not being used by the server, then reinstall the package mods.
