Refund Policy for Digital Products - HTNetwork

1. Digital Product Nature: HTNetwork provides digital products and services, including but not limited to server packages, configurations, and tutorials, designed for gaming experiences on platforms such as FiveM, vMenu, and QBCore.
2. Refund Eligibility: As digital products are non-tangible and instantly deliverable, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of HTNetwork.
3. Circumstances for Refund Consideration: Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing the use of the product despite reasonable efforts to resolve with our support team.
- Failure to deliver the purchased digital product within a reasonable time frame.
4. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact our support team at refunds@htnetwork.one within 15 days of the purchase date. The customer must provide a detailed explanation of the issue and, if applicable, any supporting evidence.
5. Refund Decision: HTNetwork will review the refund request and communicate the decision to the customer within a reasonable time frame. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incompatibility with third-party mods or server configurations not specified in our product descriptions.
- Failure to read or understand the product description and specifications.
- Products/services but not limited to, not related to our product effecting the use of our product.
- We understand that our refund policy can be abused. Therefor we reserve the right to decline a refund request if we feel you are abusing the use of our services or policies.
7. Modifications to the Refund Policy: HTNetwork reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
