Our new application uses an HWID (Hardware ID) system to help prevent account sharing.
Each account can only be used on one device at a time. This keeps things fair, especially since we charge far less than competitors.
If you change or upgrade your device, you can request an HWID reset by opening a ticket. Resets are handled at our discretion, and if we notice suspicious activity or repeated requests without good reason, they may be denied.
This system ensures everyone gets fair access while keeping our pricing as low as possible.
