Ovan Terms of Service
The terms for using Ovan, including your wallet, free credit, auto top-up, refunds and your responsibilities when Ovan works on your server.
Ovan Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. About these terms
Ovan lets you use third-party AI models to build, edit and manage game servers and their files. Ovan is not its own AI model. It sends your requests to the model you choose and acts on your server based on your instructions.
These Ovan terms sit alongside our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these Ovan terms apply to Ovan.
By downloading, installing or using Ovan, or by topping up your Ovan wallet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Ovan.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to top up an Ovan wallet.
- You need an HTNetwork account to use Ovan. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
- To claim free credit, you must add a valid payment card. We use this to prevent abuse. We won't charge it unless you top up or turn on auto top-up.
- Free credit is limited to one per person. We may refuse or remove free credit, or suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe someone is creating multiple accounts or abusing the offer.
3. Wallet, pricing and auto top-up
- No subscription. The Ovan app is free to download. You pay only for what you use, from a prepaid wallet.
- Usage charges. Each request is charged from your wallet at the current rate for the model you select. Rates include our service fee on top of the model provider's cost. Current rates are shown in the app before you use a model.
- Top-ups. You top up through the HTNetwork website in your local currency, subject to a minimum top-up shown at checkout. Prices include VAT or other taxes where applicable.
- Rate changes. Model providers change their prices, so we may change usage rates. New rates apply only to usage after the change takes effect. We'll show updated rates in the app and give you notice of increases before they apply. Credit already in your wallet keeps its value; only the rate it's spent at changes.
- Auto top-up. Auto top-up is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, we'll charge your saved card the amount you choose whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set. While auto top-up is on, you get 10% extra usage on top-ups. We'll email a receipt for every charge. You can change or turn off auto top-up at any time in the app under Usage & Wallet.
- Running out. If your balance runs out during a request, Ovan may stop the request part-way. You're responsible for keeping enough balance for the work you ask Ovan to do.
- Credit is not money. Wallet credit can only be used on Ovan. It has no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and can't be exchanged for other HTNetwork services unless we agree.
- Failed payments and chargebacks. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may deduct the related credit and suspend your wallet until the amount is settled.
4. Refunds
- 24-hour window for unused credit. You can request a refund of a top-up within 24 hours of purchase, as long as none of that top-up's credit has been used. Request it by opening a support ticket.
- After 24 hours, or once used, credit is non-refundable. This applies to manual top-ups and auto top-ups alike.
- Your cancellation right. When you top up, you ask us to make your credit available immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start using it. We confirm this in your receipt email.
- Promotional credit. Free credit, bonus credit (including the auto top-up bonus) and any other promotional credit has no cash value and is never refundable. We use promotional credit before purchased credit.
- Faulty service. If a request fails because of a fault on our side and you were charged for it, tell us through a support ticket and we'll re-credit the affected amount. This does not cover AI output that you consider wrong or unhelpful, which is covered in section 5.
- If we close your account or end Ovan. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these terms, or we stop offering Ovan, we'll refund your remaining purchased credit to your original payment method.
- Rate increases. If we increase the rate for a model, you can request a refund of your unused purchased credit within 30 days of the increase taking effect.
- Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Raising a chargeback for a valid charge may lead to account suspension.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
5. Your server, your responsibility
Ovan acts on your server and files based on your instructions. You stay in control of, and responsible for, your server.
- You direct what Ovan does. Ovan builds, edits, imports, deletes and runs things because you ask it to. You're responsible for the instructions you give, the model you choose and the actions you allow.
- AI makes mistakes. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, outdated or different from what you expected, even when it appears to work. This includes code, scripts, database changes, configuration, console fixes and explanations. You must review and test everything Ovan produces before relying on it or using it on a live server.
- Keep your own backups. Before using Ovan on any server, take a full backup of your files and databases, and keep backups up to date. Ovan does not back up your server for you. We can't recover files or data that Ovan changed or deleted.
- Your server and environment. Ovan runs on your own computer and works with servers you provide. You're responsible for your hardware, operating system, server software, frameworks, hosting provider, network and security.
- Third-party content and licences. You're responsible for having the rights to any files, resources, mods, images or code you give Ovan, and for complying with the licences and rules of the games and platforms you build for, including the FiveM / Cfx.re, Minecraft and BeamMP terms.
- You own your work. As between you and us, you own the files and content you create with Ovan. Similar output may be generated for other users, and we don't promise any output is unique or free of third-party rights.
- Your data and model providers. Your prompts, files and images that you send through Ovan are passed to the AI model provider you choose so it can respond. Don't send passwords, licence keys, API keys or personal data you don't need to. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
6. Availability and third-party models
- No uptime guarantee. Ovan is provided on an "as available" basis. We don't guarantee it will be available at any particular time, uninterrupted or error-free.
- Model providers. Ovan relies on third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI and DeepSeek. Their models, prices, limits and availability can change or stop without notice to us. We may add, change or remove models at any time.
- Maintenance and updates. We may update Ovan, change features, or take it offline for maintenance. Some updates may be required to keep using Ovan.
- Supported systems. Ovan supports Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019 or later. We don't promise it will work with every server build, framework, resource or mod.
- We're not responsible for outages or failures caused by model providers, payment processors, your internet connection, your hosting provider, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Ovan to:
- create, modify or distribute malware, exploits, cheats, anti-cheat bypasses or tools to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any server, game, network or account;
- work on servers, files or accounts you don't own or aren't authorised to administer;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, including leaking, cracking or removing licence protection from paid resources or scripts;
- create unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or content that breaks the model provider's usage policies;
- abuse free credit, including by creating multiple accounts;
- resell, sublicense or provide access to Ovan or its models to others, or reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with Ovan, its billing or its limits.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules (see section 9).
8. Our liability
- What we're not responsible for. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for:
- loss, deletion or corruption of files, databases or server data, including changes Ovan made on your instructions;
- mistakes, bugs, security issues or other problems in AI output, or the results of using it;
- downtime of your server, lost players, lost revenue, lost profits, lost business or reputational harm;
- outages or changes by AI model providers or other third parties;
- indirect or consequential losses, or losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you started using Ovan.
- Cap on liability. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to Ovan is limited to the amount you paid us for Ovan in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- What we don't exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit. If you're a consumer, this includes your statutory right to have the service provided with reasonable care and skill.
- Business users. If you use Ovan for a business, Ovan is provided "as is", and we exclude all warranties and conditions not expressly set out in these terms to the extent the law allows.
9. Suspension and closing your account
- You can stop at any time. Uninstall Ovan and turn off auto top-up. Unused purchased credit stays in your wallet unless refundable under section 4.
- We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, abuse free credit, raise a chargeback for a valid charge, put our systems or other users at risk, or if we're required to by law.
- If you break these terms, any remaining credit in your wallet is forfeited and won't be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If we close your account for any other reason, or stop offering Ovan, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can and refund your remaining purchased credit as set out in section 4.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, for example to reflect new features, model providers or legal requirements. We'll post the updated version and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you don't accept a change, stop using Ovan and you can request a refund of unused purchased credit within 30 days of the change.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings under the law of where you live.
- General. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Contact. For support, refunds or questions about these terms, open a support ticket.
